Have been trying for the last hour to insert and video and a couple of pictures but to no avail, very frustrating!! Back to the drawing board.

All things happening You can see by the time lapse between this and my first blog that I’m not the world’s greatest communicator.  Having just updated a lot of the pictures I thought it time to update the blog. I am rather excited that I have been asked to hang some pictures in Watlington’s Granary/Deli in their new cafe extension due to open the week after Easter. Following that to coincide with Photo London 17 – 20 May, Mixed Bag will be in the Magic Gallery with their new exhibition Surface Tension

I am also about to start my second workshop with Brian Griffin, for any of us who still have a vinyl collection, check out the photographer credited for the covers of the likes of Roxy Music, Elvis Costello and many more of that era Another project I am working for the second half of the year should be finished Oct/Nov so many things photographic happening this year.

This is my first blog Welcome to my first blog, and my new website, All rather exiting. I have been taking  pictures most of my adult life but it became a passion when I bought my first digital camera in 2005 a Sony Cybershot 5 mega pixels, the camera on my phone has more than that, how times have changed. In 2007 I bought a Nikon D80, I loved that camera, I learnt so much both technically and creatively, it went to many places and took some great pictures. In 2012 I exchanged it for a Nikon D7000, I am still learning about many of its features, there are so many...... I'll probably find somewhere that it makes toast.

Setting up this website has been a steep learning curve, I have studied many of the video tutorials which are extremely helpful. I have finally arrived at a  place where I am reasonably satisfied. I am sure that I will be making changes as I go along. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to let me know.
